Tahir has more than 10 years’ big 4 experience, working within the valuations and executive remuneration advisory practice. During his time, he has advised companies ranging from large FTSE 100 to small AIM & FTSE small cap clients, and large PE backed companies to small family owned SME’s.
Special Areas of Focus
Provision of IFRS 2 valuation reports for variety of different share schemes (LTIP’s, SAYE, SIP and growth shares) including discussions with auditors to ensure agreement on methodology and assumptions.
